The rendering engine I use in most of my works, Vray, produces an image called Vray render ID whose main function is to allow you to easily select isolated elements of your scene during post production within your image editor.

Vray render ID is a great tool that most of us, the people who work at ArchViz, often use to easily correct elements without having to re-render the scene again, but the funny thing is that this tool often produces images of great beauty.
